Shondar McKinney hears voices...and knows how to make them real! In the Voice Over world since 2019, Shondar specializes in Commercial and Corporate VO. She has completed projects with partners such as Pepsi Co, Columbia Business School and BioXcel Therapeutics to name a few. She loves character voices and is thrilled to be part of Gibb Smith Productions on Darkstead.

Aiden Cumming-Teicher (She/They) as Dr Whitley & Grocer

Aiden is a Vancouver based film and voice actor best known as "George" in AMBI Pictures feature Beyond The Sun (with Pope Francis), and as "Brian" in Pristine Entertainment's feature film The Glove. They have also been cast in numerous indie shorts and are an experienced host and interviewer, most recently having conducted red carpet interviews at the 2019 Leo Awards and hosted segments as the Canadian correspondent for Estilo Teen. Aiden brings her acting, hosting and improv experience to her voice work, having voiced a variety of characters, narrated audiobooks and corporate segments, as well as written and performed a number of original songs. They are represented by Connekt Creative & is also a passionate activist, working for a non-profit centred in disability and queer justice.

Alex K Masse (They/Them) as Parishioner Mary

Alex K. Masse is a 21-year-old writer, musician, and emerging voice actor residing in what is colonially known as Surrey, BC. The arts are a longtime love of theirs, and their work has been seen everywhere from the Scholastic Writing Awards to Vancouver Pride, as well as in collaboration with Penelope Scott, She Does The City, Broadway Records artists, and more. They’re also a neurodivergent nonbinary lesbian, which greatly affects their process.

Bradford Loomis (He/Him) as Sheriff Ike

Being a professional vocalist, musician, songwriter, voice actor and performing artist for over two decades Bradford Loomis has learned that narrative is a powerful way to connect to people. Whether it’s performing on stage, voicing a fantastical character for an animated story, guiding the player through a video game, or introducing a new product, the stories he tells can uniquely connect with people and leave them with something to remember. Those connections drive him. Bradford has contributed to the soundtracks of films such as Matt Damon's Stillwater, Andrew Morgan's The Heretic, I am Dale Earnhardt, as well as several UFC main events, and many tv shows. His music has been featured or written about by No Depression, NPR, Billboard Magazine etc. His voice acting has been featured in Dino Frontier for the Sony PS4, numerous national and regional ad campaigns, audiobooks, mobile games, radio and tv.

Christina Castaneda (She/Her) as Rosario Bardina

After years of working behind the camera and in the edit bays, Christina left her corporate job in media production and content creation to start commercial and voice over acting, modeling and returned to her long time passion as a dancer and writer. After over 100+ writer interviews on her podcast, The Savvy Creative, Christina combined her love of podcasting, writing and music to produce Audio Drama. Since then, she produced Audio Dramas series such as the award winning Last Magician, one woman show Mojave, and her latest series, Venice Magic Shop, featuring unique Latino stories and talent.

Christopher Van (He/Him) as Ang the Werewolf

Before he could even walk, Chris Van was obsessed with Saturday morning cartoons. As he grew, so did his desire to become a voice actor. In 2020 he stopped thinking of it as a career out of reach, and began training through a combination of courses and one-to-one mentorship. Today he can be heard in commercials, games, and podcasts series, with hopes of one day being in animation.

Clarice Lafayette (She/Her) as Mayor Agnes Harker

Clarice Lafayette holds a B.A in Theatre Performance and since 2020 has branched out into voice acting. She plays Art in the podcast Day by Day, which premiered June 2022 at the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC. Clarice also voices Erkana & Renata in the video game Kartan Online and recently narrated the young adult novel Death’s Curses on Audible. Upcoming, she excited to play Kira in the podplay rendition of the classic novel We the Living through bymouth.org. Other podcasts Clarice has been in include: The Venice Magic Shop, The Oasis Transmissions, and The TARN Conspiracy. Clarice is honored to play Mayor Agnes Harker and she hopes you enjoy the wild ride that is Darkstead

Corbeau Sandoval (He/Them) as Ash & Farmer Bob

Having always been involved in the arts, Corbeau made the decision 3 years ago to pursue their artistic career through the stage. And after spending 3 years at Dawson College's theatre program, everything kicked into high gear. From composing multiple original songs for their clown-show musical After Fuenteovejuna to directing a snippet of a new original piece, Corbeau has solidified their path and hopes to keep creating for a long while. 

Today, they are excited to join Darkstead as the characters of Ash and Farmer Bob.

Gianni Sallese (He/Him) as Officer Ray Marshall, Gnome Tony & Radio Host

Gianni Sallese (he/him) is a Toronto-based actor, voice actor, and director who has performed in over twenty productions throughout the Greater Toronto Area in such roles as Algernon in The Importance of Being Earnest (2018), Lenny in Rumors (2018), and John Wilkes Booth in Assassins (2017). He directed and performed in A Perfect Bowl of Pho at Factory Theatre (2019). He is currently voicing Napoleon in the animated web series Blown Apart! When Gianni is not performing or writing, he is probably running or playing one of several games of Dungeons and Dragons. Gianni is thrilled to be a part of Darkstead lending his voice to the equally thrilled Officer Ray Marshall.

Jackie Jorgenson (She/Her) as Cass Marshall, Eleanor Willard, Dana the Troll & Radio Host

With comedy and classical training, Jackie Jorgenson’s characters range from the headstrong woman of principle to the goofy, emotional girl next door. Her short film performances have been screened at festivals internationally, including the biggest art event in the world, ArtPrize.

Jackie studied comedy writing and performance at Humber College in Toronto, Canada (the only program of its kind in North America) and has a Harvard Certification in Greek hero stories. She has also studied Shakespeare (on the page and in performance) through Wellesley College.

Keisha Wong (She/Her) as Officer Bernice, Ida & Organist Percival

Keisha Wong was last heard in her role as the antagonist, Charlotte, in Star Apprentice and she is excited to play Bernice in Darkstead. She has appeared in various theatre productions such as Singin' in the Rain, Bring it On: the Musical, and Rent. Her background in musical theatre ensures that her voice is clear and enunciation is always a priority. Currently, Keisha is studying for her Bachelor of Arts degree as well as her Bachelor of Education degree with a Major in Drama and a Minor in Math, at the University of Alberta

With over a decade of experience, Marc has toured with Alberta Opera’s Jack and the Beanstalk as the Giant, starred in the world-premiere of Bright Burning, wrote/directed for Blackout Sketch Comedy & performed for The 11’O Clock Number. Hailing from Chimacum, WA, Micah Heemstra is a professional voice actor and filmmaker with a passion for collaboration, creativity, and storytelling. Micah majored in Digital Filmmaking at Olympic College and several of his short films have been received at prominent film festivals.
